Ordering

If you are interested in ordering a piece of our work, please email your request to info@submaterial.com. Be sure to include the name and identifying number of the piece in which you are interested. We will reply with pricing if the piece is ready to ship, or a quote based on your custom requirements.

On all made-to-order pieces, a 50% deposit will be required to initiate the order. Balance, including shipping charges, is due in full prior to shipping. You will be provided with an order confirmation showing receipt of your deposit and an estimated completion date for your project. Typically, your order will be produced in 6-8 weeks from receipt of deposit, but a longer period may be required for especially complex pieces or installations. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, Submaterial must be notified in writing within 72 hours of the original order date. Please use our general email for this purpose: info@submaterial.com. We will acknowledge the cancellation or change order and your deposit will be refunded or reapplied to the revised invoice amount.
